Mahogany Bowers

Born into humble beginning’s where her front door led to a half paved dirt road in Savannah, Georgia, on the West Side, Mahogany knew at a tender age that she wanted to be on the big screen. She knew that she was destined to be a star. Growing up in the inner city of Savannah, she encountered several obstacles, from being homeless to missing consecutive meals on the weekends to significant life lessons and mentoring sessions that would soon recreate the very city she called home.

As a child, she watched her favorite artists on the boxed TV screen. She began to perfect her craft of dancing and entertainment as she studies the moves of Michael Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Bobby Brown, and honed into her acting skills by watching female actresses like Angela Basset. It was then, at this time, that she began her love affair for the arts.

Tianna Christine

I’m a techie turned yoga teacher and serial entrepreneur who specializes in making yoga accessible for all body types. Supporting clients on the mat through mindfulness and movement for private yoga, groups, workshops, retreats, and corporate yoga. Off the mat, I help wellness professionals and entrepreneurs build the confidence they need to go after their dreams. Recently, I co-created a year of self care activity cards for women of color for my newest business Melanin Queen Creative.

I began practicing yoga in 2009 while searching for a low impact workout. It started as a great way for me to develop a routine for flexibility. Over time my practice evolved as a tool for stress and meditation. I loved yoga so much she decided to teach and share the practice with others.
Yoga as a teacher means that I get to share my knowledge and gift of yoga with others to improve the well being of their lives. Yoga is beneficial in many aspects of life. I enjoy seeing the progress of my students with flexibility and confidence in their bodies.
