Ohiseme “Seme” Eroh is an author, life coach, and an IT security professional in the healthcare industry in Atlanta. She emigrated to the U.S. from Nigeria at the age of 17. Seme graduated from Georgia Southwestern University and holds an MBA in project management. But with all of her accomplishments one took more study than she thought she needed. And that’s making sure you’re in the right relationship and that begins with yourself. A beautiful human being inside and out, Seme has expertise in relationships. From divorcing her emotionally abusive spouse to writing a book to help others in similar situations, Seme has created a community of positivity and hope, like her own version of Red Table, but within an online social network and expert guests to help everyday people process and build from trauma.

Seme was able to share her experience and wisdom with us for our relationships month with 6 Signs You’re in a Toxic Relationship. She will be joining us for a conversation this week on how to recognize the red flags and get out:

1.) Constant feeling of being in limbo and uncertainty

2.) When the other person directly or indirectly minimizes your feelings

3.) When you’re isolated from your close family and friends

4.) When you always have to maintain a façade and constantly keep secrets

5.) When you cannot stand to be with the other person for long periods of time or if you do you argue or fight

6.) When you feel anxious around the other person

Join us for a conversation with Seme this Tuesday, June 15th at 7PM EASTERN on Facebook LIVE, Youtube to follow:
