The Met Gala, NYC’s ultimate fashion bash, once again illuminated the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, drawing out celebs who brought their A-game to fit this year’s “The Garden of Time” theme. But amidst the glitz and glamour, fans wondered, where were Taylor Swift and Rihanna?

Camila Cabello stunned with an icy twist, gripping a real block of ice with a gold rose. Zendaya, not to be outdone, wowed in not one but two jaw-dropping outfits. And Lana Del Rey rocked a head-turning headdress straight out of a fantasy.

But the surprises didn’t end there. Charli XCX turned heads in a sheer gown crafted from vintage T-shirts, while Doja Cat made waves in a wet T-shirt dress.

And Tyla literally wore sand!

Meanwhile, Kendall Jenner made history in a vintage Givenchy gown from 1999, proving that old can indeed be gold.

Rita Ora nearly stole the show with her daring nude bodysuit covered in beads.

But it wasn’t just about the ladies. Mike Faist added a quirky touch with a turnip brooch,

Colman Domingo

while Colman Domingo brought cape couture to the red carpet.

Lea Michele looked stunningly radiant, flaunting her baby bump at the Met Gala! Rocking a sky-blue gown with floral details and a long tulle train, she exuded joy as she cradled her bump. Can you imagine how excited she must be about baby number two?

Rebecca Ferguson wowed everyone with her dress reveal! Starting with a dramatic black cape, she unveiled a soft blue gown with bird designs inside. And then she took it up another notch by removing the cape and revealing a sequined, body-hugging gown! Isn’t that a show-stopper?

Jennifer Lopez turned heads in a nearly sheer gown with intricate jewels, resembling a coral reef. Zendaya graced the event in a mesmerizing deep blue and green tulle gown styled by Law Roach. And did you know she attended her first Met Gala at just 18?!

Back of Mindy Kaling’s dress

Mindy Kaling stunned at the Met Gala in a stunning gown by Gaurav Gupta, featuring a structural headdress and a graceful sweetheart neckline. The dress, named the “melting flower of time,” had a flowing train matching the grandeur of her headpiece. Cleverly, Kaling’s stylist mentioned that both the headdress and train were removable, ensuring her comfort throughout the event.

Matt Damon and Luciana Barroso had a royal moment at the Gala! They looked like a modern-day prince and princess in their dapper Christian Dior ensembles. And did you notice the green carpet? It’s all about “The Garden of Time” theme this year!

From Cinderella moments to daring statements, the Met Gala 2024 was a feast for the eyes. But who do you think rocked the theme best? And which outfit would you dare to wear yourself?
