One of the most devastating feelings a woman can get is finding out her partner is cheating. Imagine investing everything you have into a relationship only to be cheated on and have your story out in public, especially in the case of Nia Long and Ime Udoka, who are both public figures.

Weight loss is never an easy journey. It can often be discouraging, challenging, and arduous. It doesn’t help that progress isn’t always immediate and goals aren’t always met, and that can impact self-love.
As women, we are the backbone of our communities and the glue that holds our families together. Our strength and resilience have been tested time and time again, but we continue to rise to the occasion.
